How to Cancel or Change an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at service@comfypets.ca on the same day of order placement. Please note that your order may be shipped within hours after you press the "complete order" button. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if merchandise has been shipped.

How to Change Your Password

Go to "Your Account" (locatated at the top of each page), sign in and click "password" button. Enter new password and re-enter new password. Passwords must be at least 4 characters. Click "Change."

How to Change Your Account Information

To change account information, go to "Your Account" and sign in (locatied at the top of each page) and sign in. Click "settings" button. You may change your email address, shipping and billing address. To save your changes, click "update" button.

How to Create an Account

Once you placed an order with us, an account is created for you. Please be aware that a password must by at least 4 characters. The account provides you the benefits to check order status and to view purchase history.

How to Check Order Status

To view your orders, go to "Your Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in. Click "orders" button. All your current and past orders are listed. You can then view the details of each order by clicking "Order id."

Forgot Password

If you can't remember your password, go to "Your Account" (located at the top of each page), enter your email address. Click "Forgot Your Password?" We'll email new password to you shortly.
