We respect your privacy and maintain all information confidential. We do not distribute or share any customer information. If you choose so, Comfypets.ca may use your email address to notify you of special promotions, or new services that you may find valuable. At any time, you may remove yourself from the distribution list. Simply log into your account, on settings window, uncheck “you wish to receive newsletter.”

Site Security

Personal information includes your name, postal or e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, and purchasing history.

Comfypets.ca takes every precaution to ensure that your personal information is secure. When our registration/order form asks you to enter personal information, the information is encrypted and is protected with the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Encrypted credit card information is sent to bank for processing. No credit card information is stored on our site.

Warranty

Comfypets.ca offers a 100% quliaty guarantee against manufactures defects. If you received a pet bed from us and find it to be defective, or shipped to you in error, please contact us (link to email) within a period of 15 days from the date of order. After we rectify the problem, you will receive full refund including taxes and shipping cost or replacement at your choice.

Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find an item is currently available at a lower price on another Canadian web site, we will refund you the difference. We will even refund the difference if we lower the price at comfypets.ca.

The item must be in the same style, size, quality, and colour that is on comfypets.ca. The web site can not be an auction site, paid membership club or eBay Express. The lower price must be in Canadian dollar, and will be calculated to include taxes and shipping charges.

Please contact us by email at cs@comfypets.ca with your order number, the URL of the site where you found the item, and directions of how to find the item. After we verified the information, the difference will be credited to your credit card.

Please note this offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.

Returns or Exchanges

Send your request to service@comfypets.ca. Returns require a return authorization number (RAN). You may return an item for exchange or refund providing:

We are not responsible for duty due to the parcel not being marked “Return Merchandise”. In a rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with Canada Post and they will initiate an investigation and may contact you. You may be required to return the damaged items to us.

Currency

All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in $CAD. Any payment is settled in $CAD. U.S. credit card can be used as well. When the cardholder receives credit card statement, the Canadian dollar amount will have been converted to the U.S. dollars. The cardholder's issuer will have determined the exchange rate that was used to convert the $CAD to $USD. When a U.S. refund is requested, refund in $CAD will be converted to $USD. The cardholder may gain or lose on the conversion due to the fact that exchange rate may be changed at the time of refund. Our customers should be aware that the exchange rate is set by your credit card company.

Payment

Comfypets.ca accepts the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. Your credit card will be charged when the goods are shipped to you.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include availability of items, inaccuracies or errors in shipping address, inaccuracies or errors in product or price, or credit problems. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required. You will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order is accepted and shipped. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will credit your credit card the full amount.
